Divasa Support

Divasa is a day planner for iPhone and Apple Watch. Write “dentist tomorrow at 2” and it lands on your day. If something here does not answer your question, email us — a real person reads it.

Adding a plan

Write a sentence in the field at the top of Today and tap the arrow beside it. The first tap writes what was read back into the field as tags — To-do, Date, AM/PM, Place, With — so you can correct anything misread; the second tap opens the preview. Nothing is saved until you tap Add.

You can also tap the tags above the keyboard and write each part yourself. A plan with no day or time goes to the Inbox — the tray button at the top of Today — to be given a day later.

Under the field, pick Today·Tomorrow, This Week or This Month, and switch between a list and the days side by side in columns with the small control beside it.

Do I need Apple Intelligence?

No. Where Apple Intelligence can run (iPhone 15 Pro and later), the on-device model reads your sentence; elsewhere the app's own rules read the day, time, place and people. The Apple Intelligence row in Settings ▸ Device Permissions shows whether it is on. The briefing's summary, suggested checklist steps and the calendar's insight appear only with Apple Intelligence.

Repeating plans

Write “meeting every Monday at 9” or “workout every weekday” and the plan repeats. Checking off a repeating plan moves it on to its next time, and each day it leaves behind is kept as done or not.

Routines

A routine is habits done one after another at a time of day — “7am Wake up: glass of water, stretch, read 10 min”. Add one with the plus on the Routines tab: its name and time first, then its items. Each routine shows its days under its name, and one not on today is faded. Check a routine off on Today as you would a plan, item by item if it has several; one whose items have minutes can also be run with Start, one item at a time against a timer.

Three routines of five items each are free; More Routines comes with Divasa Pro, and what you have stays usable if Pro ends.

Looking back at missed plans

A plan whose time went by undone is not deleted. From the Missed plans card on Today, pick why it was missed, write how it went under Look Back, and Plan Again for today, tomorrow or any day. The Calendar tab counts the reasons for the period. There is never a notification nagging you about it.

Places and the map

Name a place in the sentence (“at Gangnam Station”) and it is looked up on the map and suggested. Tap the place to search, or touch and hold the map to drop a pin yourself. Plans with a place show as pins on the Places tab. In Korea, Open in Another Map opens the spot in Naver Map, KakaoMap or Google Maps.

People and contacts

Names written in the sentence (“with Sam”) go under With. The icon beside a name finds the contacts with that name; once linked, the plan can message or call them in a tap. For a shop or a clinic, use Add Contact.

Reading a photo

The photo button in the input field reads a picture of a paper planner or an invitation on the device and shows it line by line. Lines that look like plans start switched on, and a misread word can be corrected in place. The lines you keep go into the input field rather than straight into a plan, so check them before planning.

Alerts and alarms

Each plan has its own Alert (10 minutes before by default; 9:00 on the day for an all-day plan). Alert Style is Quiet, Standard or Important, and Important comes through a Focus. If it must ring in silent mode, turn on an Alarm as well: it rings full screen.

No alerts arriving? Check that notifications and alarms are allowed in Settings ▸ Device Permissions.

Briefing

Turn on Settings ▸ Briefing and a notification sums up the day's plans at the time you set. It is off until you turn it on.

Widgets, Apple Watch and Siri

Press and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit ▸ Add Widget and search for Divasa to add Next Plan, Today's Plans or Today's Progress — on the Lock Screen as well.

The watch app shows the plans your iPhone sends it, and can check one off or add one by voice. Your iPhone is what stores them, so the two need to be connected for a change to arrive.

Ask Siri to “Add a plan in Divasa”, or use Divasa's actions in the Shortcuts app.

Divasa Pro

The planner is free. Divasa Pro — a yearly subscription with a free week, or a one-time lifetime purchase — adds the Apple Watch's checking off and complications, alarms and Important alerts, reading a photo, what Apple Intelligence writes (the briefing's summary, suggested steps, the calendar's insight), App Lock, and more routines. Open it from Settings ▸ Divasa Pro.

Bought on another device or after reinstalling? Tap Restore Purchases on the same screen. A subscription is managed, or cancelled, in the Settings app under your name ▸ Subscriptions.

Getting a deleted plan back

A deleted plan waits in Settings ▸ Trash for 14 days before it is deleted for good. Until then it can be restored.

App Lock

You can put a passcode on the app in Settings ▸ App Lock ▸ Turn On Passcode, with Face ID or Touch ID as a shortcut past it. The passcode lives in that device's Keychain and does not sync, so it has to be set on each device.

There is no recovery for a forgotten passcode, because there is no server to ask. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears the lock, and your plans return from iCloud if sync is on.

Your data

Plans stay on your device and, if you are signed in, sync through your own private iCloud to your other devices. Nothing reaches us. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Language

Divasa is available in English and Korean, and carries its own language setting in Settings ▸ Language — so you can read the app in one language while the rest of the system stays in another. The widgets and the watch follow the same choice.
